Most orders ship via FedEx Ground, however large orders or large items must ship with FedEx Freight or FedEx National LTL.
Shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. We can try and accommodate your schedule but since most planters are hand painted to order they must pass Quality Control before shipping, if they do not pass, then they will need to be refinished adding more time to your ship out date.
On average, orders usually ship from our Florida warehouse in 10 to 20 business days. You will be contacted by email within 48 hours if your order's estimated ship date exceeds 10 business days. You will need to contact us immediately if you decide not to precede with your order or a 2% cancelation fee may be accessed.
Also, contact us if you would like a lead time before you place your order. Sometimes we can get orders out sooner, so if you have a deadline and would like to see if the style planter qualifies for early shipping, contact us. If you decide you want a quoted lead time prior to purchasing, please provide us with the SKU numbers of the planters you want, the quantity, color, shipping destination, a 'must have' by date, and your contact information then we will promptly reply with a lead time. Lastly, contact us if you would like a custom color, all we will need is the Pantone number or a swatch or sample paint so we can match it. We will let you know of your estimated ship date before moving forward. Custom Paint has an extra fee of 13% of the Retail cost of the planters.

WHEN Will My Order Ship?
Orders will be processed and be ready for shipping within 5-7 business days of placing an order. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted to discuss your options. We commit to giving you as much information as possible every step of the way.
After you have placed your order, our Customer Service team will send you a confirmation email including the expected ship date.
- When your order ships, you will receive an email from us with specific carrier and tracking information.
- If your order ships via a freight company we will email you the name of the carrier, a Bill of Lading number and the transit time.

HOW will my order ship? HOW LONG will it take for my order to arrive to me?
We will ship your order in the fastest, most reliable way possible to ensure your purchase arrives ready for you to enjoy. The shipping method is based on the specific characteristics of the product and our years of experience in shipping these items successfully.
We offer two delivery methods:
Ground: Small parcel items ship via UPS or FedEx and generally take 1-7 business days to arrive.
*Please note: The vast majority of our items ship with "no signature required," but this is always done at the discretion of the delivery driver.
Freight: Larger items ship via truck with curbside service and generally take 2-7 business days to arrive.
*Curbside service means the truck driver will pull up to the curb in front of your home or building, and you'll need to move the goods inside your home once the driver has unloaded the items from the truck. If you live in an apartment or think you'll need assistance getting your order into your home, be sure to arrange for friends or family-members to help.
HOW MUCH does shipping cost?
Shipping is included in most cases. There are select exclusions (unusually large or bulky items) that do carry associated shipping or handling charges.
What if there is DAMAGE to my item?
Ground: If by chance your item arrived damage during transit, take photos of the condition of the box and packaging and retain. Contact CUSTOMER SERVICE and complete our Damage Report. A claim will be filed on your behalf.
Freight: YOU MUST INSPECT FREIGHT DELIVERY. Do not sign the Bill of Lading without inspecting your goods. If damage is found after the carrier leaves, there is no recourse for a claim. Note the condition and damage to the packaging and the item on the Bill of Lading. Immediately contact Customer Service and complete a Damage Report.
